  • Provide an emergency out of hours service

  • Carry out inspection & report twice a year

  • Obtain renewal of safety records

  • Advise claims against deposit at end of tenancy

We find your tenants and get the tenancy set up properly, then you manage the tenancy yourself. For this package we will:
