For those who can manage a tenancy themselves but need help setting it up correctly.  We  provide pre-tenancy advice, find and reference excellent tenants, and create an Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement.

Tenant Found

Unlike high street agents we are still happy to help if you can find the tenant yourself but need help setting up the tenancy properly.  Our management service is also available if necessary.
